Before you book
- Self check-in is from 15:00 to 21:00; check-out is by 10:00. Please contact us in advance if arriving after 21:00.
- Early check-in, late check-out and luggage storage are not available.
- Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is prohibited indoors. Please use the designated outdoor area.
- Outdoor areas, including the garden, deck and sauna, are closed from 21:00 to 07:00. Please respect the neighbours and keep noise down.
- Maximum occupancy is 15 guests. Only registered guests may stay. The villa is not a party venue.
- Up to two dogs are allowed; large dogs require prior consultation and other animals are not permitted. Advance notification, consent documentation and vaccination certificates are required. Dog diapers are required indoors. Dogs are not allowed upstairs. See the stay guidelines for full conditions.
- Do not pour water on the sauna heater. Wear swimwear and use a mat. Do not use the sauna after drinking alcohol.
- There is no cleaning or towel/linen replacement during your stay. Please use the washer-dryer.
- Do not enter areas outside the white fence or the staff room beside the ground-floor washroom.

The villa uses self check-in without on-site staff. Register guest information before arrival following the instructions sent after booking. Entry instructions will be emailed to you.

Is there a charge for the sauna?
The charge is ¥11,000 including tax per group. No reservation is needed; pay on site using the QR code beside the sauna. Do not pour water on the heater. Swimwear and a mat are required.

For direct bookings, cancellation is free with a full refund until 5 days before check-in. From 4 days before check-in, or for no-shows, 100% of the accommodation charge applies.
